Moves: Psychic, Sketch
Possibly Jasper's only non-Psychic type Pokemon, the Smeargle was nonetheless taught the move Psychic by using it's Sketch method. How Jasper came into possession of it is up to debate.
EXEGGUTOR
Ability: Chlorophyll
Moves: Egg Bomb, Confusion, Hypnosis, Barrage
Caught in Kanto, between Saffron and Celadon. Unremarkable.
XATU
Ability: Early Bird
Moves: Psychic, Power Swap, Fly, Lucky Chant
Used for transportation before Jasper learned how to Teleport himself and others.
GARDEVOIR
Ability: Trace
Moves: Calm Mind, Healing Wish, Imprison, Captivate
Battling partner with Gallade, the Gardevoir is the calmer of the two, using non-physical and non-damaging moves in order to assist her partner.
GALLADE
Ability: Steadfast
Moves: Close Combat, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, Fury Cutter
Battling partner with Gardevoir, Jasper's Gallade is nearly psychotic. It was treated roughly as a Ralts and Kirlia, and this formed into a sort of mistrust of anything except the specific Gardevoir it's used to.
ESPEON
Ability: Synchronize
Moves: Psybeam, Psych Up, Morning Sun, Power Swap
Raised from an Eevee given to him by Bill on Sabrina's request. It enjoys sleeping in the sunshine.
SLOWKING
Ability: Oblivious
Moves: Water Pulse, Zen Headbutt, Power Gem, Trump Card
Caught in Azalea's Slowpoke Well. Unremarkable.
UNOWN
Ability: Swarm*
Moves: Hidden Power
Being something of an expert on Unown, Jasper has a great deal many of them. Their collective ability, "Swarm" was a technique he taught them. If a single Unown is sent out in battle and hit, it telepathically calls the rest of it's group, usually Jasper's own but there have been instances where wild or other trainers' Unown have joined in, and attack as if a single creature.
