Cool and confident, Velena knows how well she does her job, and isn't afraid to flaunt her skills or looks. She tends to be very dangerous, and takes any offense to herself to the point of vengeance. Doesn't usually work with others, but may assist a team or group while on a mission. She's rumored to wear poisoned lipstick, but she'd be the last to confirm or deny this, preferring to watch her victims squirm. Enjoys taking 'smoke breaks' with another Rocket named Al.

A gift for a job very well done, Velena is fascinated by the large centipede and it's poisonous strength. She likes to show it off - and scare victims with it - and it is quickly becoming her most used Pokemon.
HISTORY
A former trainer in Koga's gym who got recruited into the ranks of Team Rocket for her specialty in poison-types and a slight immunity to them. Primarily given missions that require a certain degree of espionage, Velena is an expert at underhanded tactics. She usually poisons targets - the toxins a varying degree depending if Team Rocket wants them dead or simply to send a message - and thus generally works alone unless she's needed for a mission requiring teamwork. Her Beedril also knows StringShot, which makes it a valuable asset when sneaking into a building.
