I NEED HELP! Seriously how do people outline their work in photoshop. I heard there was some tool you could use. I'm using a the paintbrush and tracing the outlines (which takes hours) and other people are using some tool to make the lines come out EVEN! *sob* Help?

Well I know in real Photoshop (not Elements), there's the pen tool, which is a little difficult to get used to - mostly because it's meant for vectoring - but makes really nice lines.
I just use the brush tool too. :[

That SAI program everyone seems to be using makes really gorgeous lines, but I don't know if you have to buy it or not.
